Thank you for your order through enerje.com.au, which is owned and operated by Hazman Pty Ltd t/a enerje. Please review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Web Site or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Product Pricing Information
The prices quoted on this website include Australian GST (where applicable).
Availability of goods
At the time of placing your order, all of the items in it are in stock at our Dispatch Centre, according to our stock inventory system. Very occasionally due to an inventory system error, one or more of your items will be unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) and any remaining items will be shipped to you.
Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only, and no rain-checks are available.
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you through Australia Post. Full details of our current charges can be found on our Customer Service page, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Large or bulky shipments may not be subject to our standard shipping charges. In these instances, we will contact you with a shipping quote before dispatch of your order.
Goods are shipped from our dispatch centre on the NSW Central Coast. You can expect us to ship your order within 1 business day of receiving it in most cases. Please allow longer during peak times and sales. We cannot guarantee delivery times.
Your order will be delivered through Australia Post. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. Full details can be found at www.auspost.com.au. Please allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter. Enerje does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them at your cost for a store credit (exclusions may apply). A signature is required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, Australia Post should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. Australia Post will return your order to Enerje if you do not arrange to pick it up promptly. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a $25 Australia Post Return Fee for re-delivery of your parcel. Enerje does not accept any responsibility for goods once they have been collected by Australia Post, including any loss or damage in transit. No re-imbursement will be made by Enerje in such cases.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders once placed via Enerje website are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it, however a store credit may be offered for future use.
From time to time there may be information on our website or in our catalogue that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability. To the extent permitted by law, Enerje reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
You are welcome to return any of our items within 7 days of receipt if you change your mind or if you have no use for an item. Please package up your item securely and ship it by registered post or courier to PO Box 3460, Tuggerah NSW 2259, with a copy of your invoice and an explanatory note. Items must reach us in new condition, in their original packaging. We will send you a store credit for the cost of the item. If you received free shipping on your item, the cost of shipping the item to you will be deducted from your credit amount. If the item is deemed faulty on its return and this was not brought to our attention prior or if the item has been damaged a refund will not be issued.
If you have purchased items on clearance or at a sale price, no refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind or have no use for the item.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact us for advice. We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered faulty, according to our requirement by law.
When you create an account of our website your data is stored on our secure server. You may receive newsletters and other promotional material from Enerje, which you can opt out of by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on a newsletter. Your data will not be shared with any third party.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 4 – HOSTING
Our store is hosted by VENTRA IP. The website has been designed by Enerje utilising a WooCommerce e-commerce platform.
The Enerje website utilises a 256 bit SSL encryption certificate. All payments are however processed via PayPal using their own encryption.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
